The stunning supplementary line up for the Magic Millions Gold Coast National Weanling and Broodmare Sales has been enhanced again with more likely sale stars locked in. |
Hot on the heels of yesterday’s announcement that Arcadia Queen will go under the hammer later this month, more outstanding prospects have gone online for the Southern Hemisphere’s leading breeding stock auction. Multiple Group One winner Nettoyer has been supplemented to the National Broodmare Sale and joins a quality Widden Stud draft. A daughter of Sebring, Nettoyer won the Group One Queen of the Turf Stakes two runs back. She had earlier in her career scored a famous win in the Doncaster Handicap. Nettoyer, a winner of seven races, boasts earnings of over $2.5 million. Five of her seven wins have been in group races. Outstanding I Am Invincible mare Fiesta has been entered by her Star Thoroughbreds syndicate and will be offered through the Glenesk Thoroughbreds draft. Fiesta, a four time group winner, has earned over $1.5 million during her electrifying racetrack career. Nettoyer, Fiesta and Arcadia Queen are joined in the latest release of supplementary entries by fellow stakes performed fillies and mares Dismissal, I Am Eloquent, Key and My Gold Bracelet. The latest broodmare supplementary lots are headlined by the incredibly bred and proven producer Taste of Heaven – a full sister to Manhattan Rain and half sister to Redoute’s Choice (pictured) and Platinum Scissors. Already the dam of US based group winner Heavenly Curlin, the Encosta de Lago mare is presented after a September spring visit to I Am Invincible. The other mares joining the catalogue have been covered by sires including Dundeel, Fastnet Rock, Pierro and Written Tycoon. Two shares in the exciting freshman sire Extreme Choice have also been supplemented. Meanwhile, a Capitalist colt from the international stakes performer My Dinah Lee will join the Rothwell Park draft at the National Weanling Sale. The 2021 Magic Millions Gold Coast National Sale commences on Thursday, 20 May with the first of two days of weanlings to be followed by the National Broodmare, Yearling and Racehorse Sales with the final day of selling on 3 June. |
