Magic Millions reputation for supplying high class gallopers has been confirmed with results from the recently completed 2010/11 racing season analysed.
Magic Millions was represented by more Group One winners and individual Stakes winners than other sale company during the 12 month period.
With 14 Group One winners and 123 Stakes winners, Magic Millions led the way by black type success with sale graduates.
In a further boost for buyers – Magic Millions’ stakes winners are considerably better value than those sold elsewhere in Australia – over $40,000 cheaper on average.
The average sale price of Magic Millions’ 123 Stakes winners during the 2010/11 racing season was $113,007 – a figure that compares favourably with the $153,342 cost price at auctions elsewhere in Australia.
Magic Millions had the honour of selling the cheapest stakes winner of the season – Late Night Flight – the $800 Perth sale bargain who has now won his purchaser well over $300,000.
For the second straight season over 5,000 races in Australia alone were won by Magic Millions graduates. The average cost price of a Magic Millions winner last season was less than $60,000.
Over the same period graduates of the Gold Coast based company outshone rivals abroad – more winning stakes races on the international circuit than those sold elsewhere.
“The figures certainly read well when prospective buyers take all things into account,” Magic Millions Managing Director Vin Cox said.
“Magic Millions is the industry leader in providing the market with individual Stakes and Group One winners and winners as a whole.”
“It is pleasing to see that clients of Magic Millions are being rewarded by winning races and importantly those at black type level.”
“And this success isn’t just in Australia – Magic Millions has sold stakes winners in the past 12 months in Hong Kong, Singapore, Malaysia, New Zealand, South Africa, Dubai and Macau.”
