The Magic Millions Racing Women supported by TAB Achievement Awards recognise the outstanding national success and achievements by women in the Australian thoroughbred industry, in the following five state-based national categories:
2026 Racing Woman of the Year: Queensland
2026 Racing Woman of the Year: NSW & ACT
2026 Racing Woman of the Year: Victoria
2026 Racing Woman of the Year: TAS & SA
2026 Racing Woman of the Year: WA & NT
The winner of each Award category will receive a $10,000 Racing Women scholarship from TAB.
Each Award recognises exceptional industry contribution by a female participant to their resident state or territory over the last twelve months. Female participants from any sector of the thoroughbred industry, and at any stage of their career, are eligible to be nominated.
A key component of the assessment by the Judging Panel will be how the nominee intends to use the $10,000 scholarship from TAB to benefit their endeavours in the thoroughbred industry if successful.
Only individuals resident in Australia can be nominated for the Awards. Nominees must be a current resident of the state or territory of the Award they are being nominated for.

The winners will be announced at an invitation only Achievement Awards celebratory dinner on Friday 9 January 2026 on the Gold Coast. Two finalists in each category will be announced during December.
