You are invited to join us for sunrise on Surfers Paradise Beach for the 2016 Jeep Magic Millions Barrier Draw on Tuesday, 5 January, where we take centre stage on the Surfers Paradise foreshore from 6am. Come down and enjoy a sausage sizzle, join in Channel Seven’s Sunrise live throughout the morning and watch as several thoroughbreds with champion jockeys onboard gallop down the pristine sands of Surfers Paradise Beach.

At approximately 7.30am representatives of every runner in the 2016 $2 Million Jeep Magic Millions Two-Year-Old Classic field will arrive in style in JEEP Grand Cherokees before official proceedings commence at 8.30am where the connections randomly choosing the barrier from which their horse will start on raceday, Saturday, 9 January.

Directly following the formalities for the 2YO Classic,  you can also view the all-important barrier draw for the $2 million Gold Coast Magic Millions 3YO Guineas. Be in the heart of the action and the first to see the starting gates for all horses competing in both $2m features on Australia’s first $10m raceday.
